What this project is
50 Stages is a long-form 3D production project: build distinct stage environments (and the props that define them) over time for games, VTubing, VRChat, and real-time engines.
Each stage is planned as a sellable asset pack. Visual direction is not locked to one look—entries may be stylized, realistic, or a deliberate hybrid, depending on what best serves the theme and the target marketplace (BOOTH, Unity Asset Store, UE Marketplace, etc.).
Work-in-progress is documented through videos and streams (blocking, modeling, materials, lighting, engine setup) so buyers and followers can see how each stage is made before release.
Deliverables
- Stage environments with cohesive prop sets and clear visual identity per theme
- Per-stage style call (stylized / realistic / mixed) recorded in production notes
- Commercial releases on appropriate storefronts per stage
- Devlog media (timelapse, breakdown, engine capture) published alongside development
Production principles
- Market fit: each stage lists target platforms and genres before modeling starts
- Modularity: reusable kits where possible without making every stage feel identical
- Style clarity: pick stylized or realistic early per stage so materials and lighting stay consistent
- Shippable scope: scope each stage so it can be finished, documented, and sold
Current focus
